Who can use it?

  • Any intact team (manager and direct reports) at any level of the organization can use the survey to assess its level of effectiveness

How does it work?

  • All the members of a team respond to an on-line survey about the team of which they are a member with their manager, teammates, and collective dynamics in mind
  • We analyze the responses and generate a diagnostic report

What does it tell you?

  • The report gives you item scores, a composite score for each sub-scale, and normative comparisons
  • The report also provides an interpretation of scores for each sub-scale

How much does it cost?

  • The cost is $600 per team.  The cost includes administration of the survey, analysis of the data, and a summary report
